Tess is an amazing coach. She has the perfect balance of leading with the heart and helping me be accountable to what I say is most important to me. I trust Tess to keep my confidences and leave her own stuff at the door. My experience is of being seen and heard. Plus, her huge capacity for joy makes it second nature in helping me see my wins and celebrate them. – Dawn Harju President, WCR Publications Inc

Tess lights up my life with her gentle, warm, empathetic presence. Spending time with her meets needs for care, acknowledgement, and being seen, because she is truly present with compassionate attention and responds to the heart of what matters most to me in my sharing. Also, her facilitation skill is inspiring. I have seen her navigate challenging situations while gracefully holding the needs of everyone in the group along with her own intentions for the space.
– Amy Whicker, Student Engagement Director at Elar Institute Orlando, Florida

I was referred to Tess at a low point in my life.  It was apparent to me that my actions and communications were causing pain for myself and others.  My intentions and my impact were not in alignment.  Tess has gently guided me down a path of inner work and outer communication practices in a highly supportive manner.  Even coming to her from a place of blaming myself for all my difficulties, she has helped me see and live from the parts of myself that are beautiful and caring.  During our conversations, I feel connection, support and kindness.  My struggles are normal human struggles and by realigning how I look at things and through compassion for myself and others, I can lead a  more rich and complete life.  I am very grateful for our work together and the way she brings herself to supporting her clients.  I have learned and continue to practice skills that improve my life everyday.  I look forward to her continued support. Thank you Tess!
